Service Description
Let's have a chat to discuss your event and your ideas. I set up phone appointments at times when I'm at the office and not in the studio busy with flowers or out on the road doing events. We can keep it brief and we will be able to get to know each other a little bit more and to discuss my process, pricing and budgets, and all the different services I offer here at DragonflyFD.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations or changes, please call Debbi on 0416 111 430 with 24hrs notice where possible. Thanks for your co-operation! If you need to cancel and reschedule a paid consultation, you will not be charged twice. $75 fee for the moodboard and quote is non-refundable after you have had a consultation and/or received a moodboard and quote. If you proceed with Dragonfly after you receive your moodboard and quote, the $75 will be used towards your floral deposit. This is the most equitable and fair way to protect our own time and ideas, and to look after those clients who intend to move forward with us and are genuinely interested in using our services!
