We have designed our Wedding Co-ordination packages to suit couples who want to relieve themselves of all the confirmations, paperwork, emails, phone calls, and general organising of all the moving parts that are going to make up their wedding day.
 
We have systems in place to make sure that all the details are covered and nothing is left to chance.
 
Basic package $3245+gst
For smaller weddings. Includes pre-wedding planning and co-ordination and on-the-day for set up (up to 6 hours on the day).  
Additional hours on the day $85+gst/hour
Junior assistant on the day from $55+gst/hour
 
Premium package $4100 + gst
For medium to larger weddings - service includes pre-wedding administration and co-ordination of vendors and run sheet management. 
Includes up to 35 hours pre-wedding and on the day inclusive.
Assistant on the day if required $55+gst/hour.
 
Indulgence package $6250 + gst
For medium to larger weddings and couples who have a lot on their plates and want to have it all managed professionally - including our attendance for the entire duration of the wedding to manage the running of the event.
Includes coordinator and assistant on the day, and up to 45 hours pre-wedding and on the day inclusive.
 
Wedding co-ordination  is a very specialised niche and requires someone who is very experienced, understands the operations and logistics at venues, has high level communication and organisational skills, and is a super-whizz at problem-solving.
 
It also requires a person with nerves of steel, and an ability to work under extreme stress and in a highly emotional atmosphere!
 
So, if you are thinking of an on-the-day planner, choose wisely. You are paying for an expert to help you bring together all the moving pieces of your wedding day.
