Event Styling & Co-Ordination - Mini Planner

Planning any event can be HUGELY STRESSFUL!

 

So many things to organise, book, compare, research... it takes a lot of time and resources.

 

You will need a lot of confidence in your own organising skills if you've never done it before.  It's not quite as easy as making a few phone calls.

 

Events that are designed and managed by professionals are in a whole other league to DIY events - and from our experience, you can SAVE a HUGE AMOUNT of MONEY and TIME and STRESS if you book someone who knows what they are doing.

 

Event Styling and Co-ordination fee includes:

10 hours of PRE EVENT consultation including styling / moodboard presentation / budget preparation / liaising with caterers and hire companies / organising entertainment / sourcing various trusted suppliers for you to consider and compare / floorplan design / decor and styling options / furniture hire / prop hire / marquee hire and specification / liaising, booking and confirmation of all vendors. 

Additional hours over 10 hours $150+gst per hour.

 

HOW YOU SAVE:

We pass on our TRADE DISCOUNTS from our trusted vendor suppliers.  We do not add ANY MARK-UPS or get any kick-backs from our suppliers. 

We are proud of our committment to helping our clients achieve affordable solutions for their events and the savings you will get from trade pricing will more than cover our co-ordination fee.

 

IN THE PURSUIT OF FAIRNESS:

If you are a super easy going client, then maybe we will get your event FULLY ORGANISED and signed off within 4-5 hours and a few emails back and forth.  We think that it's only fair that you can use the balance of the hours to use for on-the-day co-ordination of your event.

 

If however, you are very undecided and need 5 quotes for every supplier (eg. 5 different catering quotes / venue quotes etc), or constantly change your mind regarding the design and theme - then your 10 hours of co-ordinating will be used up very quickly and we will require additional payment of $150+gst per hour which will be billed before further work commences on your event.

 

Additional Option - On the day Set up and Co-ordination $550

On the day co-ordination includes helping with any last minute things to set up (think styling, candles, napkins, placecards), checking on vendor arrivals, deliveries, co-ordinating everyone so that everything works like a dream.  On the day co-ordination covers 4 hours set up.

    To book your date, payment must be received in full at the time of booking.  

    Bookings are non-refundable as we will likely turn away other bookings once we have a hold on your date.

    Additional hours over and above your package will be invoiced separately at $150+gst /hour.

    Additional floorplan design after first floorplan $145+gst

    On the day co-ordination is subject to availabllity - please confirm before booking and paying.
