  • On-the-Day

    Event Management from start to finish on Event Day!
    Valid for 2 years
    • 1 staff member to oversee all deliveries and set up
    • 10 hours on site for set up and bump out or as required
    • Ensure run-sheet is managed during the event
    • Liaison between all vendors at the event
    • Ensure clean up is done as required by venue
    • Manage guest hosting
    • Manage collection of gifts
    • Phone calls to vendors who are late / lost / MIA / sick etc.
    • General troubleshooting and problem-solving on the run.
