BOUQUET VALET - FAQ
WHAT IS YOUR BOUQUET VALET SERVICE?
It's a service we offer our clients to make picking up a bunch of flowers ready to go and beautifully presented really easy. Instead of standing around in the studio while we wrap and prepare for you, it's all ready to go and we bring it out to your car as you approach.
DOES IT COST ANYTHING ADDITIONAL?
No. How good is that??!
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
No waiting. No queues. No need to find a parking spot. We also know exactly what your preferences are (colour/type of flowers) so we can tailor for you.
HOW DO I REGISTER?
Click here to register. We will call you to confirm weekly/fortnightly/monthly preference and credit card details.
HOW REGULARLY DO I NEED TO SET UP MY ORDERS?
Currently, we offer FRIDAY EVENINGS on a weekly, fornightly, or monthly basis.
WHAT IF I AM AWAY AND CAN'T PICK UP?
Please email hello@dragonflyfloraldesign.com.au to arrange a cancellation. Your credit card will be charged if we do not receive a cancellation email as we will prepare the bouquet for pick up unless we receive cancellation.
WHAT IF I AM UNABLE TO PICK UP (RUNNING LATE/EMERGENCY ETC)?
Please call us on 9387 3299 to arrange alternative options - we can deliver, or keep it for you to pick up next day.
CAN I ORGANISE WEEKLY DELIVERY INSTEAD OF PICK UP?
Sure! We would need to add the delivery charge and will discuss this with you when you register.
