Service Description

Let's meet over a video chat to discuss your event and your ideas. It's a great way to connect - you can also show me images of what you have in mind and I will be able to see if we are the right fit for you moving forward. The video-chat is complimentary and a good way to get to know each other a little bit more and to discuss my process, pricing and budgets, and all the different services I offer here at DragonflyFD.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations or changes, please call Debbi on 0416 111 430 with 24hrs notice where possible. Thanks for your co-operation! If you need to cancel and reschedule a paid consultation, you will not be charged twice. $75 fee for the moodboard and quote is non-refundable after you have had a consultation and/or received a moodboard and quote. If you proceed with Dragonfly after you receive your moodboard and quote, the $75 will be used towards your floral deposit. This is the most equitable and fair way to protect our own time and ideas, and to look after those clients who intend to move forward with us and are genuinely interested in using our services!
