Event Design MOODBOARD & QUOTE

Service Description

Parties, events, barmitzvah, batmitzvah, special occasions.... they all require loads of time and organisation. If you would like us to help you with this, please book in for a friendly chat and let's see what we can come up with for you! Our consultation is one hour or so, and we cover everything involved in organising your event. I charge $75+gst for this consultation because you will receive a moodboard and quote covering all the ideas we talk about within a week of the meeting. If you are not sure and are just checking us out or shopping around, please book a phone call or video chat first! This saves a lot of time for us - and you too. When you proceed with booking DragonflyFD for your event, then the $75 fee will go towards your overall budget. DFD is a very busy and popular studio, so once you receive your moodboard and quote, please be sure to lock your date in within a week to ensure our availability. Your quote/design can always be tweaked up or down, but our availability is limited.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations or changes, please call Debbi on 0416 111 430 with 24hrs notice where possible. Thanks for your co-operation! If you need to cancel and reschedule a paid consultation, you will not be charged twice. $75 fee for the moodboard and quote is non-refundable after you have had a consultation and/or received a moodboard and quote. If you proceed with Dragonfly after you receive your moodboard and quote, the $75 will be used towards your floral deposit. This is the most equitable and fair way to protect our own time and ideas, and to look after those clients who intend to move forward with us and are genuinely interested in using our services!
